Abstract
The development of a new business unit requires careful planning so that decisions are aligned with the conditions and capabilities of the management. This community service activity was conducted based on the needs of BUMDes Tri Manunggal Jaya in Dalung Village to prepare the development plan for TMJ Fitness Center. The activity aimed to assist the partner in understanding and preparing a business feasibility study systematically. The mentoring process consisted of coordination, needs identification, socialization, discussion, analytical practice, document preparation, evaluation, and formulation of recommendations. The aspects discussed included market and marketing, products and services, human resources, operations, finance, and business risks. The activity resulted in a business feasibility study document and business development recommendations that can be used by the partner as a basis for considering the development of TMJ Fitness Center. The mentoring process also helped the BUMDes management understand the relationship among various business aspects and the matters that need to be considered in managing the business unit sustainably.
