Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Work Life Balance and Reward System on employee performance at PT Elnusa Petrofin Palopo partially and simultaneously. The population in this study was 144 employees of PT Elnusa Petrofin Palopo, with 50 samples taken using probability sampling techniques . Data were collected by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale, and then processed using the SPSS program. Quantitative research conducted using multiple linear regression analysis with t-test and f-test shows that the Work Life Balance variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, which means the better the balance between work and personal life, the better employee performance. However, the System Reward variable does not have a significant effect on employee performance, indicating that the reward system used by the company does not fully meet employee expectations. However, simultaneously, Work Life Balance and System Reward have a significant effect on employee performance.
